We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to accept returns. Simply return the item(s) to us unworn, with all the original labels intact within 14 days of delivery.

You can now return your items using our online Returns Portal by clicking here.

You will need your order number and postcode or email to start your return. We offer a pre-paid returns label and the cost of return will be deducted from your refund. By choosing a pre-paid service through our returns portal you will be provided with a fully tracked return service back to our warehouse.

We aim to process returns within 10 working days upon receiving them at our warehouse.

Login to our returns portal using your order number and email address. Select your preferred tracked returns service. We have print at home and paperless options available.

Drop-off

You'll be emailed a shopping label or QR code to scan at your chosen drop-off point or collection point.

Wait

Keep an eye out for updates and tracking. You'll get an email once we receive your returned item(s). Returns are processed within 14 working days.

Once we receive your parcel, it can take up to 10 working days for your return to be processed. Please allow 2-5 working days for the funds to show in your account upon receiving your refund confirmation email. All refunds will be made back to the original payment method unless you have requested to be refunded with a credit note.

Exchanges

You can request an exchange on our portal. If, at the time of processing the return, the item is available for exchange, you will receive an invoice to pay for the delivery fee. Please note that for standard delivery, there is a fee of £4.75, and for next day delivery, the fee is £8.00. You'll have the option to choose the service that best fits your needs.

If the desired item for exchange is unavailable, you will be issued a refund for the returned product, and the incurred cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will promptly notify you regarding the availability of the item and the subsequent steps to ensure a seamless exchange process. 

Purchasing Your Own Shipping Label

You can also purchase your own shipping label, however regrettably we are unable to cover the costs of returns. We highly recommend you use a signed-for or tracked returns postage, as we do not accept responsibility for any lost returns. Please write your order number, full name, and the item(s) you are returning on a paper and insert inside your parcel. Without a returns slip we are unable to process your return.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Regrettably we are unable to cover the costs of returns, so we highly recommend you use a signed-for or tracked returns postage as we do not accept responsibility for any lost returns. 

Once your return is inspected and refunded you will receive a confirmation email. Please note all refunds will be made back to the original payment method. Please allow 2 to 5 working days from receiving your refund confirmation email for the funds to show back in your account.

Our International customers need to ensure they declare their goods as returns. When the goods are not declared as returns a fee is charged at Aab's expense which will then be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note if upon inspection an item is stained or damaged, it may be returned back to the customer or 25% may be deducted from the refund amount, however please be assured we will contact you before we make a decision. 

Final Sale

Products labeled as ‘Final Sale’ on the product page cannot be returned. These products are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be returned for a credit note. Final sale items include heavily discounted or limited stock products, which Aab aims to clear out quickly. We kindly advise you to carefully consider your purchase and ensure that the items correspond in size to those you have previously ordered. Once your order has been placed, regretful changes of mind cannot be accommodated. Ensuring a fit and alignment with your previous orders is recommended.

Final Sale items cannot be returned. If you attempt to return such items, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Our Products are created to the highest quality. However, if you receive a faulty item, kindly contact our Customer Care team before submitting a return request through our online returns portal.
