Whether it is your first purchase or you are our loyal customer, we want you to feel comfortable and love your purchase with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer care team and we will be happy to assist you.

Our Returns Policy

We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to accept returns. Simply return the item(s) to us unworn, with all the original labels intact within 14 days of delivery.

You can now return your items using our online Returns Portal by clicking here. Please note we currently do not offer an exchange option on our Returns Portal.

You will need your order number and postcode to start your return. We offer a pre-paid returns label and the cost of return will be deducted from your refund.

Please note a printer is required to be able to use our online Returns Portal.

We aim to process returns within 14 working days upon receiving them at our warehouse.


HOW TO USE OUR ONLINE RETURNS PORTAL:

• Enter your order number (e.g. #UK00000)
• Enter your postcode
• Select the items you would like to return and select a reason for your return
• Choose whether you would like a refund or a credit note to use on your next order
• Select your return method (e.g. ‘Box and ship items using a pre-paid label’)
• Submit your return
• Follow the instructions in your email or download and print the packing slip to enclose inside your parcel
• Drop off your return at your preferred Royal Mail Post Office

We will receive your return within 3-4 working days, please use the tracking information provided to you if you wish to know when the parcel has been delivered to us.

Once we receive your parcel, it can take up to 14 working days for your return to be processed. Please allow 2-5 working days for the funds to show in your account upon receiving your refund confirmation email. All refunds will be made back to the original payment method unless you have requested to be refunded with a credit note.

You can also purchase your own shipping label, however regrettably we are unable to cover the costs of returns. We highly recommend you use a signed-for or tracked returns postage, as we do not accept responsibility for any lost returns. Please select the option of purchasing your own shipping label to print your returns slip, which must be enclosed inside your parcel. Without a returns slip we are unable to process your return.

If you do not have access to a printer and want to use your own shipping label, please clearly write down your order number, item name and size on a blank paper and enclose inside your parcel so we can locate your return.

Please note if upon inspection, an item is stained, damaged or in a worn condition it may be returned to the customer or 25% may be deducted from the refund amount. Rest assured we will contact you before we make a final decision.


In the interest of hygiene, Hijab Caps & Face Masks are strictly non-returnable.

Our Products are created to the highest quality, and we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, if you receive a faulty item, an incorrect size or it is not up to our usual standards, please contact our customer care team so that we can resolve any issues you may have.
