PLACING AN ORDER

To shop online, browse our curated collection of modest clothing and hijabs, select your size and add items to your basket. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, where you can apply discount codes or redeem points if you’re a VIP club member. Choose your checkout method—either create/log in to your Aab account or continue as a guest. Follow the simple on-screen instructions to complete your order securely. Once successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email.

Yes, our Customer Care Team is available to assist with orders, sizing, and styling advice. You can call us on +44 (0) 203 823 7768, and we’ll be happy to help you place an order. After confirming your order, you’ll receive an invoice to pay at your convenience. Once payment is received, an order confirmation will be sent to you.

Order Confirmation and Changes

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If it isn’t in your inbox, please check your junk mail. If you still don’t see it, contact our Customer Care Team for further assistance.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed as they are processed immediately with our warehouse. Please ensure all details including shipping information, items and quantities, are correct before finalising your order. If your order has started processing, you’ll need to return it following our Returns Policy.

A signature may be required upon delivery. You will receive a tracking link for your order, so please ensure you are available to retrieve your parcel safely. We cannot be held liable for parcels that are marked as delivered but are lost or stolen after being left outside your home.

Yes, we offer next working day delivery within the UK for £8, provided the order is placed before 1 pm on a working day.

Due to GDPR regulations, we cannot amend the delivery address once an order has been placed. However, if your order hasn’t yet shipped, please contact us at admin@aabcollection.com.

Yes, we use trackable courier services. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number and link to follow its journey.

Delivery fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of dispatching your order.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor its delivery. Please ensure someone is available to retrieve the parcel safely, as Aab cannot be held liable for parcels marked as delivered but subsequently lost or stolen if left outside your home.

If you choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour, please note we cannot accept responsibility for any lost orders under these circumstances. Additionally, Aab is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages sent to a parcel forwarding company.

Please be aware that we are under no obligation to offer replacements or refunds for orders or items reported missing after delivery.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Yes, we accept returns and our returns process is simple and hassle-free!

Yes, you can request an exchange via our Returns Portal. If you’re not using the portal, please contact our Customer Care Team at admin@aabcollection.com.

Regrettably, we cannot cover return shipping costs. If you use our Returns Portal, the return fee will be automatically deducted from your refund based on your courier choice:

Royal Mail: £4.75
InPost: £5.50

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery receipt.

No, the delivery charge is non-refundable.

Yes, sale items can be returned unless marked as Final Sale.

Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed after we receive your returned items. You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed.

You can choose a paperless return option by selecting a QR code when initiating a return on our portal.

If an item is faulty, please contact us immediately. We inspect all products carefully, but we’ll ensure to resolve any issues promptly.

Aab Atelier

Aab Atelier offers a bespoke, Made to Order service on selected designs, crafted and delivered within 4–6 weeks. For more information, please visit our Aab Atelier page.

No, Aab Atelier items are made to order specifically for you therefore, we are unable to accept returns on these designs.

Finding the Right Item

If an item or size is out of stock simply click on the product. You will see a 'Notify Me' button. Click on this button, enter your email address and you will be the first to know when the item is back in stock.

Our garments are designed with every woman in mind, offering options for both size and length to ensure a tailored fit. You can select your size along with the preferred length, allowing you to choose where you’d like the maxi or abaya to sit.

Yes, you can! However, you’ll need to place the gift card order on the website corresponding to the recipient’s location.

Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.

Refunds will be added back to your gift card.

A credit note acts as a store voucher, valid for use on any purchase. Expiration dates, if applicable, will be noted upon issuance.

Yes, a credit note must be used in a single transaction. If your purchase amount is less than the value of your credit note, the remaining balance will not carry over and the credit note will become inactive. Please ensure your order total is equal to or greater than the value of your credit note to cover any additional costs.
