SWEET PERI PERI CHICKEN

Marinate

24 hour rest

Charcoal grill or bake at 200°C until cooked 20-30mins

Ingredients
20 wings
2tsp black pepper
2tsp salt
1tbsp onion powder
3tbsp olive oil
3tbsp anchor butter
2tbsp cornflour
1 large lemon juice
2tbsp minced garlic
2tsp chilli powder
2tsp cumin powder
3tsp smoked paprika
2tsp dried parsley
2tsp cayenne powder
1tbsp tomato paste
3tbsp brown sugar
1tbsp soya sauce

1/4 cup hungry Hijabi Hotheaded naga sauce available hungryhijabi.co.uk or 4 hot nagas or scotch bonnets or any chilli sauce
