UK Standard Delivery

Our UK Standard delivery service takes 3-5 working days to deliver and is dispatched using a second class signed for service.

Although we do provide you with a reference number for your parcel, this does not provide any tracking details. This reference will only provide an update once a delivery has been attempted.

Unfortunately this service does not provide customers with notifications regarding their delivery e.g. the delivery date or time.

Once a delivery has been attempted, if there is nobody present to sign for the parcel, the courier will leave a 'while you where out' card which will provide the relevant instructions on how they can retrieve their parcel.

This will either be a re delivery or collection from the nearest depot. If you are collecting your parcel, an appropriate form of ID is required.

UK Next Day Delivery

UK Next day delivery is a next working day tracked service. This is providing your order is placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday.

Any orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the next working day and delivered the following day after.

If you order any time after 12 pm on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your Unfortunately this does not include a Saturday or Sunday delivery so orders placed on a Friday (before 12 noon) will be delivered the following Monday and any orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Please note that this does not include Public Holidays so any orders placed around these times may be delayed.

For more information regarding this, please contact our head office via phone or email. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with the tracking details in order to keep updated with your delivery.

Please note that we are unable to provide a specific am or pm service and our couriers can deliver anytime between 8am and 8pm. On the day of delivery,

the courier will send you an email or text message with the date and estimated time of delivery. They will also provide you alternative delivery options should the specified date or time not be suitable.

International Express Delivery

Our International express delivery is a tracked service. Orders placed before 12 noon UK time will be dispatched the same day.

Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. If an order is placed on Friday after 12 noon UK time, it will be dispatched the following Monday.

EU Standard & Express Delivery

Shipping to the EU is a tracked service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will received a email confirmation along with the tracking reference and instructions on where to track your parcel.

These charges are calculated and applied by the border force control within the country of destination and are not applied by us or the courier service.

Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and are not able to waive or reduce them. Customers are advised to check with their local border force control for more details regarding this.

Unfortunately we are not able to declare any parcels as a gift in order to avoid any charges.

Standard deliveries are may also take longer during busy trading periods e.g. during the sale and Ramadan season.

We will notify our customers during this period via our newsletter however, we advise that customers contact our office for further information.

Returns

Our Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days following the receipt of your delivery. Returned items must be unworn and sent back inside their original packaging, tags included. Any stained or faulty goods we receive will be returned to the customer or they may be issued with a 25% reduction refund.

To return an item, please fill in the returns form on your delivery note marking the items you wish to return, the reason code for returning and what you would like in exchange, or if you would like to request a refund.

Enclose the completed returns form with the items you are returning and attach the returns address label onto your package. (Label provided with your delivery.

When choosing a shipper, we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. Customers must keep track of their own parcel to ensure it reaches us. Aab UK Limited will not refund any items which have been signed for by a customer at the delivery address stated on the original order, or for items returned to us which get lost in the post without a tracking number.

Goods are returned to Aab UK Limited at your own expense. We will send your exchange item to you by Recorded Delivery at no extra charge.

Once we receive your package, please allow up to 14 days for processing. You will receive an email notification when your refund or exchange has been processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable. International customers are advised that Aab UK Limited will not refund any charges/tax you may incur when returning items.

Full refund of the cost of the items is entirely conditional based on goods being returned in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Refunds will be authorised only after a thorough inspection of the items by our Returns department.

Unfortunately items purchased online including click and collect orders cannot be returned in-store.

International Returns

International customers need to ensure they declare their goods as returns. When the goods are not declared as returns a is fee charged at Aab's expense which will then be deducted from the refund amount.

Track your Order

You will be able to track your orders by logging in into your account in "Recent Orders" section.

Collect From Store

You can now order items online and collect them from either our London store, instead of having them sent to your home. This service is only available for UK deliveries.

We will aim to deliver your order between 3 and 5 working days from the date you placed it. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods deliveries might take longer. We'll send you an email when your order is ready to collect. After you have received it, you can collect your order at any time according to our store opening hours.

Come into store to collect your order, bringing your confirmation email and the card that you paid with. We will keep your order in store for ten calendar days after it has arrived. If the order is not collected within the 10 days, we will assume it is unwanted, cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.

We have the same returns policy for Deliver-to-store as on-line. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please note this date begins on the date that we send you an order dispatch. Returns must be sent back to our usual Returns address and cannot be returned in store.
