The Khurasan Abaya is from our 'Mamluk Art Collection'. The beauty is in the detailed embroidery featured on the front of the Abaya. Soft gold threads blended with stone and greys emulate an ornate mosaic tiled pattern highlighting the intricate detail.
One piece takes several days to embroider. The embroidery also features down the arm sleeve and edge of cuff. The muted tone of the fabric amplifies the embroidery.
